New Jersey was witness to a night of metal brilliance on May 3rd, 2002 when vocal LEGEND Bob Mitchell took the stage fronting his new band VYNDYKATOR, putting to rest any notion that metalheads don't improve with
age. Mitchell cut his teeth fronting the legendary ATTACKER and SLEEPY HOLLOW, two of the finest bands to ever emerge from the East Coast and he sounds as good, if not better, now than he did two decades ago! Being
backed by an exemplary band never hurts either and as evidenced by the instrumental track "Flight of the Wombat," Mitchell spared no effort in finding musicians that fit the bill with talent to spare. The
crowd at A's was treated to a showcase of songs from the forthcoming VYNDYKATOR debut, Heaven Sent From Hell. The set was short, but incredibly impressive. VYNDYKATOR displayed a diversity that is a prerequisite of
all metal bands destined for greatness, with songs ranging from head-rippers like "Rot in the Chamber" and "Bloodstained Gallows" to anthems like "Mr. Murder" and even an incredible
cover of Judas Priest's "Deceiver." The audience was also treated to a rare performance of "Call On The Attacker," a classic ATTACKER tune that closed out the set. In all, a spectacular show
performed by a band from which we can expect very very great things. With an album on the way, and more shows to follow, it is just a matter of time before the name VYNDYKATOR is on the lips of every metalhead worth
his or her salt...
Set list: Bloodstained Gallows, Rot in the Chamber, Tapping the Vain, Mr. Murder, Flight of the Wombat, Deceiver (Judas Priest Remake), Call on (the Attacker)
