Unchain the Underground is proud to present an interview with the stunning

It is SO VERY nice when a porn star we interview is well-spoken, intelligent and can convey herself coherently. Of course, the fact that she is insanely gorgeous is a hell of a fringe benefit too. Ms. Chambers embodies each of the aforementioned characteristics and then some. Read on to find out why she has fast become one of our new faves here at Unchain the Underground.

We rarely do so, but for a bit of background info, we are including Kim's bio here. Her story is a deep one, and rather than making her rehash it by asking all sorts of background questions when she already laid it out on her web site, we figured it'd be best to let the bio speak for her. If you'd rather skip the bio and get straight to the Q&A, click here.

I'm sure it's a complicated story, and I never found out all the details, but I was 10 years old when things started to change around my house. I was the youngest child, and only child that my parents had together. So I grew up as a spoiled child. I had medical problems (asthma/lung problems) when I was born because of my mother's age (40), or so they said. So my parents spoiled me, and my brothers and sisters hated it.

My father became a bit too successful, I suppose, because after a fairly normal early childhood, my family members started to have fun with crack cocaine. Before long, three sisters, a brother, then my father, two more brothers, and then me; we were all hooked. I was twelve. By the time I was 15, the family had self destructed, and my father dropped me off in Palm Springs at a drug rehab school for children called Turn-Off.

That's where I grew up. Their drama continued, and I was on my own, and didn't understand why. I never reunited with the family, though I have been in contact with most of them on various occasions.

After a year and a half I left Turn-Off and finished High School in Palm Springs by living on my own and paying my bills by working any job I could find. I worked at Hot Dog On A Stick, Thrifty Drug Store, Cinemark movie theater, and Denny's. I graduated and moved to Colorado with a girlfriend who had a new baby. We got there, needed money, someone told me about dancing, and that was the beginning of my adult career.

It's funny to tell someone that you've been sober for nine years at the age of twenty four. But that's the experience that I had.

And Then I Became Kim Chambers.

I started dancing at DejaVu in Colorado Springs when I was 18. I traveled to San Diego and Florida to help them open a few of their new clubs and to compete in Pole Dancing contests. While I was in Florida I met Dyanna Lauren, who helped me get into the X-rated business.

At first I was young and seeking approval. I wanted to show the world that I was a great exotic dancer and entertainer. Hardcore would allow me to travel the world as a feature entertainer. I've been to Canada, Guam, all over the U.S., England, and to France. I've met lots of people and had lots of fun.

I'm in the adult business because I want to be. I love to "light up" a stage, and my goal on stage is to get the men in the audience to stop dead in their tracks to watch what I'm doing up there. And I try to give every man something to remember me by. I love to perform on stage because I get to showcase my dancing, interact in unique ways with the audience, and get attention.

To quote staff writer Blastmaster (and a while bunch of German people, most likely) "MEIN GOTT!!!"

On the hardcore side, I like to be in front of the camera because I get to have "detached sex", which I define as: sex for fun, with no strings attached; No worries, no pressures, no expectations, no emotional considerations. I'm in control, and I love to turn on and please men, which in turn makes my pussy throb. . . .

Kim the person

I enjoy life, and I try to connect with people in an upbeat, happy way. I feel like I have control over my own life, and that it's up to me to make decisions that I'll be happy with. I try to find the truth, face it, and deal with it, whatever it is. And I'll strive to live more, better, and happier tomorrow than I did today.

Kim Chambers Free Porn!Al Kikuras: We are going to reproduce your bio on the interview page to save you the trouble of having to rehash the whole story. We have heard a lot of bad stories from folks in the porn business... many have had troubled pasts and directly attribute their involvement in porn to dysfunctions resulting from problems in their past . How instrumental (if at all) do you feel your history was in your decision to go into porn?

Kim Chambers: It actually had nothing to do with it. The story is that I had been emancipated from my family since I was 15, and at 18 I moved to Colorado with a girlfriend and her new child. The intention was to find a school for psychology, but as our savings dwindled, my focus turned to money... and someone told me about dancing. I was never the exhibitionist growing up, so stripping was quite odd to me. But one night was all it took... I fell in love with the attention the first night.

A: At what age did you lose your virginity, and what were the circumstances?

K: I don't really remember... it was THAT good! Just kidding. I'm not counting playing "doctor", or "truth or dare" with the other neighborhood children. But the first sex that I had where I knew what I was doing... was when I was in high school with a girlfriend's boyfriend who said she didn't care. Still kid's stuff, but actual sex. Meaningful and fulfilling sex came a few years later!

A: Were you as sexually active before you got into the industry as you are now?

K: Close, but not quite.

A: What were you like in high school? What clique did you hang out with?

K: I was a nerd who mixed with everybody to some degree. For some reason, the "cool" kids liked me.

A: Have you ever gotten any bad reactions from people when they find out what you do for a living?

See Dick get lucky.

K: Oh, yes... quite a few. I call it the "oh, she's in porno" snub. So now I let people get to know me a bit before I tell them. If I've known them a while I'll tell them. Otherwise I just tell them that I do websites and internet stuff as a job. When they know me first and then I tell them? Their reaction is "why didn't you tell me?".

A: In your opinion, what is Tom Hanks' best movie?

K: "Big."

A: What are your plans for after porn?

K: Who knows? I don't know if there will be an "after porn". Actually, I think you mean after I stop performing. I'm planning to start a movie line with a team concept in 2000. My "teammate" will be Scott Styles. I'll probably phase myself out of video scenes within 5 years, and only be working on the creative end of things after that.

A: Are you in a relationship with someone right now?

K: Yes, it's a guy I worked with on the set of Net Dreams in '96. It was an orgy scene, with 6 guys, and 7 girls. I fucked Jon Decker, and gave BJ's to Jake Steed and Scott Styles... and Scott reciprocated. About 3 months later, Scott and I met again and... began dating, and... (insert porno script here)..., we got married 8 months afterwards.

Since we've been married, we've mostly worked together, but when the project and people are just right, we work with others, too. We've had a blast so far, and we have our line and other websites in the works. And we're having fun doing it together.

A: How does being in porn affect a relationship you would have outside of porn?

K: The relationships I've had outside of porn weren't really relationships. I didn't really have time, or want to have time. I never really related with the guys, and most of the time they wanted an armpiece. So I would have one or two week "relationships" and then be off to my next feature booking or movie shoot or whatever... and I usually wouldn't date the guy again, but we'd remain friends.

A: Have you ever had to do a scene with someone you were not attracted to, male or female?

K: Yes, everyone does. But if you're professional you find something sexy about him or her, and get into it and still have fun.

If all the world really was a stage, I would want it to be THIS stage!

A: What has been your best experience in porn to date?

K: My best experience was meeting Scott and the relationship and growth process that ensued. And we're having new "best experiences" all the time. We think our movie line is going to add some new "bests" to the list. It's something that we've been talking about for a while. But we've got some more planning to do before we start.

My most intense porn scene sexually was with Rocco Siffredi. There was just something that happened between the two of us that day... it was disappointing to see how they butchered that scene in the editing room.

A: How about your worst?

K: I try to forget the worst ones, but I try to learn from them first. I sort of clump them all together in the back of my mind and bury them. Is that politically correct enough? The good thing is that as I've matured, I've learned that standing up for what I believe puts me in control most of the time. So I'm glad to say that I don't have very many bad days on movie sets or anywhere else these days.

A: How do you feel about feminist attacks on pornography?

K: I don't. OK, seriously, feminist attacks? Opinions vary with just about everything, so whatever opinion they have is fine with me. If you think about it, the porn that many think is demeaning towards women is actually demeaning towards the men making it and watching it. Some of the stuff is pretty sick. But most of it is stuff that men and women fantasize about to some degree.

A: In your experience, are most female on-camera orgasms faked?

K: Some are, some aren't. Same with me... it just depends on the day. Hey, I've squirted on camera a few times... and you CAN'T fake those. The thing that makes it easier for us girls is that we CAN fake if everything's not right for an orgasm. Hey, who says we have to have an orgasm to be having a great time anyway? The guys, on the other hand... they CAN'T EVER fake.

A: What is the strangest off-camera place you have had sex?

K: Don't tell anybody, but when I was in high school, I had sex with a preacher's son in the church. It must have been inspired by... LOVE!

And to think, my mechanic is a hairy, greasy ape... damn! I need to move to California!!
